The through-shaft type dispersing device is that the dispersing device crosses the entire section along the axial direction of the drum dryer. The rotating shaft traverses the interior of the dryer along the axial direction, and both ends of the shaft are fixedly installed through bearings and corresponding brackets. The rotating shaft is located in the middle of the dryer and does not contact the dryer cylinder.

The loose teeth are installed on the rotating shaft inside the dryer by welding or bolting, and the rotating shaft rotates at high speed under the drive of the transmission pulley installed at one end. When the dryer is working, the wet materials in the dryer are continuously scattered on the rotating dispersing device, and are strongly impacted and dispersed by it, so as to achieve the effect of dispersing.
Since the rotating shaft traverses the entire drum dryer, it is always in contact with high-temperature hot air and materials, and the temperature of the rotating shaft rises rapidly. In order to avoid damage to the shaft end bearing caused by high temperature, the rotating shaft usually selects a hollow shaft and passes circulating cooling water into the cavity of the rotating shaft to reduce the temperature of the rotating shaft and prolong the service life of the bearing.
