Product Introduction
Flat Screen Printing Machine conveys towels by rubber conveyor belts (hereinafter referred to as guide belts). Multiple flat screens overprint different colors on towels. The accuracy of printing and overprinting directly affects the beauty and quality grade of finished towels. Therefore, accurate positioning of the dragging system is required. In order to improve production efficiency and reduce costs, a certain printing and dyeing speed must be maintained. If the speed is too fast, the inertia is too large, the guide belt is difficult to stop, the positioning color is bound to be inaccurate, this is an unavoidable contradiction.
Working Principle
First paste white towel blank with milky white glue at the predetermined position of the guide belt, then start the frequency converter to drive the three-phase cage AC asynchronous motor. The motor drags the guide belt after being decelerated by the worm gear reducer. When the towel on the guide belt is aligned with the position of the printed flat net and stops stably, the flat net frame is pressed against the towel, and the thin circular magnetic steel rod placed in the net frame is driven by the magnetic field controller under the conveyor belt, the pigment placed in the flat net is printed and dyed on the towel through a hollow pattern. When the pattern of the first color is finished, the screen frame is lifted, and the guide belt sends the towel to the next screen frame to stop and start the printing and dyeing of the second color pattern... until multiple colors (generally 8 to 10 colors) are registered and printed in sequence, a colored towel is completed immediately, while the second towel and the first towel are printed and dyed without interval... the cycle starts again and again, continuous operation. After the printing and dyeing of each towel is completed, it will be sent to the tunnel steam drying room for drying, then twisted, sorted, inspected and packaged until it is put into storage and delivered.
