Operation Method
Leather Embossed Silicone is evenly mixed according to the weight ratio of A :B = 10:1, and the operation time of the mixed rubber is as long as 4-6 hours. Silicone on the reverse side of the leather to be pressed, and then brush evenly. The embossing mold is a double-sided mold, and there is a little space in the middle of the embossing mold; then put the leather on the embossing mold, and cover the place where it needs to be embossed with glue. The thickness of the glue depends on the customer's needs. Press it with a high-temperature embossing machine. The leather material pressed out in this way will always keep the pattern three-dimensional impression unchanged, and will not fall off after high-temperature washing. Artificial leather material embossing, PU leather embossing, genuine leather material embossing, mirror leather embossing, first layer leather embossing, second layer leather embossing and so on.
